Teelin School of Irish Dance

Supplemental classes are a great way for students to boost their skill level with extra dance practice opportunities throughout the year. Workshops and extra classes are optional for Teelin students, and may not substitute a regular class.

Register online for any of the following classes, and then either mail payment to Kathleen or place it in the tuition box (mark the date and class in the memo of your check). Advanced registration required.

NOTE: Registering for a class constitutes a commitment to attend and to pay for that class. If there is insufficient enrollment and a class needs to be cancelled, any registered students will be notified by email and their account will be credited. 2011-2012 EXTRA CLASSES

N/PW/Ch DRILLS CLASSES
This is a great "second class" option for students who are looking for increased opportunities to improve, and is appropriate for Novice, Prizewinner or Champion level students. (Note vacation closures during Winter and Spring sessions.)

CHAMP SOLOISTS "EXTRA CLASSES"
The following classes are extra practice opportunities for champion dancers who will be competing in solos at the 2011 Southern Region Oireachtas.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons for Teelin students are scheduled independently through an instructor. The rate for a lesson with Maureen or Molly is $65/hour, or $35/hour per dancer if the lesson is shared. Please send an email to maureen@teelin.com or molly@teelin.com to request a private lesson. Time and studio space are limited, therefore, partnering with another dancer for a semi-private lesson is encouraged, when appropriate. Priority is given to those dancers who practice independently and will therefore be able to maximize the productivity of their private lesson time.

Maureen must approve any private lessons or coaching sessions given by a Teelin Student Assistant prior to scheduling. Review of lesson plan prior to and after the lesson are also required. The policy for reserving studio space is listed on the Studio Calendar page of this website.
