Teelin Cloggers at the Mid Atlantic Championships - September 9, 2006

Warning: Looking through this photo album will make you want to take a Clogging class because the dancers look like they are having just too much fun!!!  On a beastly hot day, six Teelin cloggers and two Teelin Clogging instructors traveled to the PG County Fairgrounds for this competition.  They won 1st place in both team dances and came away with many other prizes in duets and solos, too!

Much of the fun also occurred in between the competitions when the DJ played music like the Chicken Dance, the Electric Slide, and the Macarena.  Despite the heat and the exertion of competing, our dancers danced their hearts out while "on break"! There was also a "Talent" competition for any other form of dance, so Teelin dancers were able to perform a bit of Irish, too!  (Even barefoot last minute entries!)
