This class offers an introduction to basic ballet in order to build strength, flexibility, and a general understanding of ballet technique.  It will emphasize proper placement, use of stretched legs and feet, correct posture, and ballet fundamentals that will benefit any Irish dancer.  Students may attend one or all of these classes.  (Instructor is Rebecca Friedman - guest artist from Portraits of Ireland!)

     Cost: 1 punch per class on a Teelin Summer Card, or $17 per class for drop-in

Irish Dance Exercise Class for Adults

Stay fit while enjoying the fun of Irish dance as an adult dancer!  This class is open to all skill levels for adult dancers.
